Istra\u017eiva\u010di su otkrili da su prili\u010dno zdravi ljudi u srednjim godinama, koji su spavali u proseku sat vremena du\u017ee, u odnosu na ostale manje patili od kalcifikacije koronarnih arterija \u2013 nagomilavanja plakova.<\/p>\n<p>Novi podaci upu\u0107uju na to da su kvantitet i kvalitet spavanja povezani s vi\u0161e \u010dinilaca rizika obolevanja srca. U studiji dr Dajane Loderdrjl sa Univerziteta u \u010cikagu tra\u017eeni su dokaze neposredne povezanosti spavanja i kalcifikacije koronarnih arterija u toku pet godina kod 495 pojedinaca od 35 do 47 godina.<\/p>\n<p>Prema izve\u0161taju koji je objavljen u \u010dasopisu Journal of the American Medical Association, du\u017ee je spavanje povezano s ni\u017eom u\u010destalo\u0161\u0107u kalcifikacije ili za\u010depljenja.
