GENETSKI EFEKTI<\/strong> U mnogim radovima je pokazano da RF-MT zra\u010denje izaziva promenu ekspresije gena i proteina u odredjenim \u0107elijama pri intenzitetima koji su manji od preporu\u0109enih granica.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->U radu [12] je pregledano 114 nau\u0109nih radova koji se bave genetskim efektima RF (MT) nejonizuju\u0107eg zra\u0109enja, objavljenih u godinama 2007-2014. U analizi tih radova, pokazalo se da je 74 (65%) od njih pokazalo biolo\u0161ke efekte, dok preostalih 40 (35%) nije. U ovom radu je tako\u010ae analizirano i 59 radova koji se bave ENF zra\u0109enjem. Vi\u0161e radova je impliciralo u\u0109e\u0161\u0107e slobodnih radikala u genetskim efektima RF zra\u0109enja [13-15]. Porast aktivnosti slobodnih radikala i promene u enzimima uklju\u0109enim u \u0107elijske oksidativne procese su najdosledniji efekti prime\u0107eni u \u0107elijama ljudi i \u0163ivotinja nakon izlaganja RF zra\u0109enju. Mnogi biolo\u0161ki efekti EM polja se mogu objasniti unutar\u0107elijskim promenama u oksidativnom statusu, uklju\u0109uju\u0107i genetske efekte [12].<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2.3. REPRODUKTIVNI POREME\u0106AJI<\/strong> Pregled BioInitiative 2012 [20,21] je sumirao dokaze koji se ti\u0109u neplodnosti i problema sa reproduktivnim potencijalom. Najvi\u0161e dokaza dolazi od ljudskih i \u0163ivotinjskih ispitivanja na spermi i plodnosti mu\u0161karaca. Zra\u0109enje mobilnih telefona o\u0161te\u0107uje ljudske spermatozoide sa vrlo niskim gustinama snage (u opsegu 0,00034 &#8211; 0,07 \u00b5W\/cm2 = 3,4 &#8211; 700 \u00b5W\/m2 ). Nivoi izlaganja su sli\u0109ni nivoima kao posledice no\u0161enja mobilnog telefona u d\u0163epu od pantalona, ili od kori\u0161\u0107enja laptopa u krilu. Autori navode da spermatozoidi nemaju sposobnost popravke DNK zbog strukture proteina [20,21].<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.2.6. UTICAJI NA BIOHEMIJSKE PROCESE \u0106ELIJE<\/strong> Pokazano je da radiofrekventno i mikrotalasno nejonizuju\u0107e elektromagnetsko zra\u0109enje uti\u0109e na biohemijske procese u \u0107elijama. Ono uti\u0109e na GJ9 jonske kanale remete\u0107i funkciju \u0107elije. Tako\u010ae je pokazano da RF\/MT zra\u0109enje uti\u0109e na i menja koncentracije jona u \u0107elijama, posebno kalcijuma (Ca2+) 10 .
