Rezolucija 2361 (2021)<\/strong>7.3.1. osigurati da su gra\u0111ani informirani da vakcinisanje NIJE obavezno<\/strong> i \u200b\u200bda nitko ne vr\u0161i politi\u010dki, socijalni ili drugi pritisak da se sami vakciniu, ako to sami ne \u017eele; 7.3.2. osigurati da nitko ne bude diskriminiran zbog toga \u0161to nije vakcinisan zbog mogu\u0107ih zdravstvenih rizika ili ne \u017eeli biti vakcinisan;<\/p>\n

Resolution 2361 (2021)<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong>7.3.1. ensure\u00a0 that\u00a0 citizens\u00a0 are\u00a0 informed\u00a0 that\u00a0 the\u00a0\u00a0vaccination\u00a0 is\u00a0 NOT\u00a0 mandatory<\/strong>\u00a0 and\u00a0 that\u00a0 no one\u00a0 is\u00a0 politically,\u00a0 socially,\u00a0 or\u00a0 otherwise\u00a0 pressured\u00a0 to\u00a0 get\u00a0 themselves\u00a0 vaccinated,\u00a0 if\u00a0 they\u00a0 do\u00a0 not wish to do so themselves;<\/p>\n

7.3.2. ensure\u00a0 that\u00a0 no\u00a0 one\u00a0 is\u00a0 discriminated\u00a0 against\u00a0 for\u00a0 not\u00a0 having\u00a0 been\u00a0 vaccinated,\u00a0 due\u00a0 to possible health risks or not wanting to be vaccinated;<\/p>\n

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) consists of a number of individual representatives from each member State, with a President elected each year from among them for a maximum period of two sessions.<\/p>\n

Whilst in the Committee of Ministers each member State has one vote, in the Parliamentary Assembly the number of representatives and consequently of votes is determined by the size of the country. The biggest number is eighteen, the smallest two. As there are an equal number of representatives and substitutes, the total number of members of the Assembly is therefore 648, plus 30 Observers and 30 Partners for democracy.<\/p>\n
